MEKONG DELTA TOUR 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT FROM HO CHI MINH CITY 

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh – Ben Tre – Can Tho. Stay overnight in Can Tho (L)

• 8.00 AM : Driver picks up at hotel for Classic Mekong Delta 1 Day Tour.
• On the way, we will visit Vinh Trang pagoda the biggest pagoda in Tien Giang, with area of 2000m2 with many beautiful trees
• After visiting Vinh Trang Pagoda, we will reach the port to take leisurely cruise on Boating on Ben Tre river – one of tributaries of Mekong river- go along mangrove trees growing up ashore of waterway. Witness lively activities of town market on land and transferring on waterway as fishing boats, coconut cargo boats. Discovering handmade local workshops and country in Nhon Thanh village.
• Boating on river to traditional brickwork to see how to make bricks by hand. Turn on Cai Son canal winding through coconut jungle, visit coconut workshop, have a look stages of coconut processing from husk off, prize out to peel out by hand. Go on small waterway and stop at coconut candy workshop, have a look them making candy by hand, try some sweet, enjoy some fruits and listen to local music as well. Go on by boat and step ashore and take a shortwalk to farmer house who making sleepmats.
• Hop on tuktuk through coconut grove, Nhon Thanh – Thuan Dien village, deeping on coconut jungle in country. Keep going by rowing boat on shady palm tree canal in Cai Tac pier. Stop for lunch at local restaurant by river.
• Go back by boat and drop tour off at Chet Say pier, meet the car and driver and go to Can Tho
• Free for night discovery in Can Tho

Day 2: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating market- Vinh Long- Sai Gon (B/L)

• 06:00AM  Have an early breakfast at the hotel and check out the room. 
• 06:30AM ~ 07:00AM Being at a wharf to board a motorboat for sightseeing the Cai Rang Floating Market which is the biggest and most colorful floating market in the Mekong Delta’s region.
• In the very early morning, the river has become a busy place where hundreds of boats packed with fruits, vegetables, plants and foods…line along the river and are ready for trading. Sellers will hang samples of what they are selling on the top of a long pole on their boats so that buyers can see from a distance what sellers are selling.
• After the Cai Rang market, continuing cruising through small creeks to a local orchard and enjoying tropical seasonal fruits (included).
• Around 10:30AM returning back to the hotel and have free time for lunch. Around 12:00PM going back to Saigon with a small stop-over at Vinh Long market. Then, going across the My Thuan suspension bridge and taking a short break at Mekong Rest Stop  and returning to Ho Chi Minh City. The tour ends at hotel
